Site Protection Manager(s) – North East

You will lead the emergency response team to site incidents and respond to all emergencies and provide rescue of personnel, provision of first aid, fire prevention to ensure site perimeter security.
You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the emergency response team and security including leading pre-work briefings and ensuring that all testing and inspection tasks are completed. You will review risk assessments and conduct emergency response training exercises to ensure operational competency/preparedness.
Successful candidates must have experience of managing emergency response, rescue and security. Working at a supervisory level, in a High Hazard environment and have the ability to develop team members, to communicate well with people at all levels. Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential.

Working as part of a team, you will play a key role in providing emergency response to High Hazard industry to all site incidents including security, the rescue of personnel (confined space and working at height), and provision of first aid, fire prevention and security duties.
You will be responsible for the inspection, and testing of equipment. You will take an active role in reviewing risk assessments and be involved in emergency response and rescue exercises to ensure operational competency/preparedness.
Successful candidates must have practical experience of providing emergency response and security in a High Hazard environment and knowledge of dynamic risk assessments.
